View Mode Keyboard Shortcuts

Closes ACDSee.

Toggles the display of the full file path in the Status bar.

Switches to the previous mode.

Minimizes ACDSee in View, Develop, and Edit mode.

Opens the Customize Shortcuts dialog box, in which you can customize keyboard shortcuts.

Opens the Options dialog box.

Opens the Help file.

File Menu

Opens the Open files dialog box.

Closes the current item.

Closes all images.

Opens the Save Image As dialog box, in which you can save your image with a different name or file format.

Opens the Export dialog box.

Opens the file using the system application associated with its file extension.

Opens the current file in the default system application or opens a dialog box where you can select an application.

Opens the current image in the ACDSee Ultimate Print utility.

Prints all currently selected images, or all images in the current folder.

Customizing the Interface

Toggles the Histogram open and closed.

Toggles the Actions pane open and closed.

Toggles the Magnifying Glass pane open and closed.

Zooms in on the Magnifying Glass pane.

Zooms out on the Magnifying Glass pane.

Toggles the Navigator open and closed.

Toggles the Properties pane open and closed.

Switches to the tab to the left on the Properties pane.

Switches to the tab to the right on the Properties pane.

Toggles the Filmstrip open and closed.

Toggles the Info palette open and closed.

Toggles the Toolbar open and closed.

Toggles the Status bar open and closed.

Managing

Cuts the current item to the Clipboard.

Copies the currently displayed file to the Clipboard.

Pastes the contents of the Clipboard.

Opens the Copy To Folder dialog box.

Opens the Move To Folder dialog box.

Deletes the selected image.

Opens the Rename File dialog box.

Adds the selected image to the active Image Basket.

Removes the selected image from the active Image Basket.

Opens the Add Shortcut dialog box.

Opens the Edit Caption dialog box.

Tags or untags the image.

Opens the Manage Metadata Presets dialog box.

Clears the rating.

Assigns a rating of 1.

Assigns a rating of 2.

Assigns a rating of 3.

Assigns a rating of 4.

Assigns a rating of 5.

Clears the color label.

Assigns a red color label.

Assigns a yellow color label.

Assigns a green color label.

Assigns a blue color label.

Assigns a purple color label.

Opens the Keywords section of the Properties pane.

Opens the Metadata tab of the Properties pane.

Sets the selected image as the desktop wallpaper, centered.

Sets the selected image as the desktop wallpaper, tiled.

Viewing

Displays the next image.

Displays the previous image.

Switches to the last image in the Filmstrip.

Opens the Windows Explorer context menu.

Zooms in.

Zooms in to the area you select.

Zooms the image to its actual size.

Fits the image to the viewing area.

Toggles the exposure warning on and off.

Toggles the RAW decode/embedded preview on and off.

Activates the Hand tool after zooming in with the Zoom tool.

Toggles face outlines.

Opens the Face Detection pane and puts the cursor in the first name field.

Opens the View Header/Footer dialog box, in which you can specify the text to display on your images in View mode.

Starts or stops the slideshow.

Advances to the next page of a multi-page image.

Switches to the previous page of a multi-page image.

Switches to the last page of a multi-page image.

Editing

Rotates the current image 90° counterclockwise.

Rotates the current image 90° clockwise.

Opens the image in the default editor.

Restores an edited image to the developed version (if the image was first developed, then edited).

Restores an edited image to the original version.

Commits the changes.

Opens the AI Super-Resolution dialog box.

Opens the Copy settings dialog box for a developed image.

Pastes the copied develop settings to the image.

Opens the Export dialog box.

Opens the Batch Develop dialog box.

Opens the Batch Edit dialog box.

Opens the Batch Convert File Format dialog box.
