Making Photos Public

All of your photos are private by default. You can set a folder as public to allow it to be viewed by others in the ACDSee 365 community.

  1. On the Manage tab, in the Folders pane, right-click the folder you want to make public.
  2. Select Make Public from the drop-down menu.
The folder lock icon changes to a globe, indicating it is now publicly available for anyone to see.

An Example of a Private Folder Followed By a Public Folder:

When you make a folder Public, the sub-folders within the converted folder will remain private. You can easily make the sub-folder public by using the same steps outlined above.

All files in a folder share the same privacy setting. You cannot set a different privacy setting for an individual file. To make a file public, make the folder public, or move it to a public folder.
