Finding Images Quickly
There are a number of ways you can find images quickly. You can click on the name of a saved search to quickly re-run the search. You can select Special Items in the Organize pane to locate all of the images in your database, or list all of the images that you have not yet assigned to a category or a keyword.
To Run a Saved Search:
- Do one of the following:
- In the Saved Searches section of the Organize pane, select a saved search.
- In Manage mode, click the down arrow in Quick Search, and then select Saved Searches. Select a saved search from the list.

To Find All of Your Images at Once:
- In the Organize pane, under Special Items, click Image Well.
To Locate Uncategorized or Unkeyworded Images:
- In the Organize pane, under Special Items, click Uncategorized or No Keywords.
The Image Well, Uncategorized, and No Keywords features only display images that have been cataloged in the database; they do not search your hard drive for specific file types.
If the Organize or Properties pane are not open, click View | Organize Pane or View | Properties pane.
