Setting the AI Image Similarity Options
In the AI Image Similarity options, you can control whether AI Image Similarity runs, when it analyzes your images, and how Group By Similarity behaves.
To Set the AI Image Similarity Options:
- In any mode, click Tools | Options.
- In the Options dialog box, click AI Image Similarity.
- On the AI Image Similarity page, set or change the options as described below.
- Click OK.

| Enable AI Image Similarity | Selecting this option will allow ACDSee Ultimate to analyze your images for similarity. Clearing it stops all analysis, and features that depend on it won't return results. |
| Allow AI Image Similarity to analyze images while your computer is idle | Selecting this option will allow analysis to run in the background when you aren't using your computer. |
| While browsing, automatically rerun AI Image Similarity on images that have changed since AI Image Similarity last ran | Selecting this option will allow ACDSee Ultimate to re-analyze images that have been edited since they were last analyzed. Selected by default. |

| Sensitivity slider | Sets how closely images must resemble one another to be grouped together, from Less Similar to More Similar. |
| Do not prompt to set sensitivity each time | Selecting this option will apply the sensitivity set here whenever you use Group By Similarity, without displaying the AI Image Similarity dialog box. |
The AI Image Similarity options are where you can re-enable the sensitivity prompt after selecting Do not prompt to set sensitivity each time. There's no other way to bring the dialog box back.
